ED ORASI COACHING

I coach execution because I've learned that knowing what to do and doing it are two very different things.

I've spent more than 20 years in real estate — selling it, recruiting for it, building teams inside it, and eventually running businesses across multiple markets, including Miami and Las Vegas. I've worked residential, commercial, and investment properties, and I've founded The OGRE Network, Orasi Group Real Estate, to bring that experience together under one roof.

None of that is the interesting part. The interesting part is what two decades of doing this actually taught me: almost every agent I've coached, hired, or worked alongside already knew what they were supposed to be doing. Make the calls. Follow up. Track the numbers. Ask for the appointment. Almost none of them were doing it consistently enough for it to work.

That gap — between knowing and doing — is where I coach. Not motivation. Not a hype speech before you go do the same thing you did last week. A plan built around your actual numbers, and someone checking in on whether you did the work.

I've built teams from nothing. I've recruited agents who became leaders. I've also watched talented people quit six weeks before their pipeline would have paid off, because nobody was holding them to the plan. I built this coaching business to be that person for agents and leaders who are ready to actually execute.
